What to bring to your consultation

Your appointment will take place at our Derby Street rooms.  Please bring with you:

  • A valid referral
  • List of your current medications
  • Previous X-rays, CT scans of your chest
  • Results of previous Lung function tests and Sleep Studies

If you are on CPAP, please bring your CPAP machine and mask with you so that we can download and check your equipment where appropriate.

What to bring to your sleep study

We would like you to be comfortable during your diagnostic sleep.  Please bring comfortable pyjamas and personal toiletries.  You may like to bring your own pillow if that helps you sleep.  We ask that you do not arrive at the sleep study with excessive alcohol.

One week prior to your sleep study we will need to confirm your booking.  Please be available to receive this call.  You may know that sleep studies presently have a prolonged waiting time at most laboratories, so if you are not able to attend your sleep study we ask that you let us know as soon as possible via the reception.  We do not wish to disadvantage anyone waiting for a sleep study.
