How to prepare for a sleep study

We want you to be comfortable for your overnight sleep study, so please bring your pyjamas, personal toiletries and, if you like, a pillow.

Please refrain from consuming excessive amounts of alcohol prior to your study.

One week before your scheduled sleep study, we will give you a call to confirm your booking. If you cannot attend your study, please let us know as soon as you are able. With prolonged waiting times, we want to ensure that everyone can undergo their test as soon as possible.
