Nepean Lung and Sleep provides a full range of respiratory function and sleep tests, so your patients can conveniently get all of their testing done at our accredited laboratories.

We can review your patient and perform any relevant investigations. To refer patients, please download the form below:

Patients can also be referred to our clinic by phone, email, fax or post. For urgent appointments, please call or state the appointment is urgent on your referral form.

When attending their first appointment, your patient will need to bring:

• their referral
• a list of your current medications
• previous X rays and CT scans
• results of previous lung function tests and sleep studies
• if you are on CPAP, their machine
